Diane Grindol Book Signing for "Off The Perch"Sunday April 27, 2003, in lieu of our regular meeting, several members of the GPC joined Author Diane Grindol at Barnes & Noble in Ladue, to “Meet the Author,” and do some public relations for the club. Diane is on the road promoting her latest release, Birds Off The Perch, published by Fireside, March 2003. Co-authored with Larry Lachman and Frank Kocher Diane was easy going, friendly and obviously a “bird person.” She described the book as “…the owner’s manual that didn’t come with your bird…” Diane highlighted some information to help people select the right bird for their lifestyle and said there is something in the book for every bird care taker.
