Booth space is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

All vendors are identified in the Fair program, offered to all attendees. This will be a listing of the vendor's name, contact info, and a brief description of product or service, as provided on your application/contract. If you would like a display ad within the program, these are available at additional cost. Based on past attendance, we anticipate 1,500 - 2,000 visitors. There are three options.

Priority Booth Reservation
Previous year vendors retain their booth location or have first choice of other available spaces. Here are the details of the policy. Please note, reserving last year's booth space requires payment by June first.
