Program Advertising

All vendors are identified in the Fair program, offered to all attendees.  This will be a listing of the vendor's name, contact info, and a brief description of product or service, as provided on your application/contract.  If you would like a display ad within the program, these are available at additional cost.  Based on past attendance, we anticipate 1,500 - 2,000 visitors.  There are three options.

Online Payment

It is now possible to pay for your booth space here on our website.  A completed contract is still required.

Priority Booth Reservation

In 2008, we formalized our policy of allowing previous year vendors retain their booth location or have first choice of other available spaces.  Here are the details of the policy.  Please note, reserving last year's booth space requires you submit payment by June first.
