Online payment options

Our website uses PayPal as payment processor.  You can use a credit card If you do not have a PayPal account.

Since PayPal's primary line of business is PayPal payments, there are a couple caveats about non-PayPal, credit card payments.

In order to pay with a credit card, that credit card must not be associated with an existing PayPal account.  Similarly, the email address you use during checkout must not be associated with an existing PayPal account.  If either of those conditions are not met, you will be "guided" into using your PayPal account.

A note about secure payment...

When you view your cart or check out, you will leave The Gateway Parrot Club website and return after payment processing.  The payment process is secure.  You can confirm this by the URL, or web address, which begins with https.  The S in https stands for secure or encrypted.  The PayPal screens do not use a status bar at the bottom of the page, so you will not see the gold padlock icon that would otherwise appear when visiting an encrypted page.
